It is not the most clear picture and a little hard to figure out, but it is of Katelyn's face. She was moving around too much to get a good picture. Angela said she "also got to see her open and close her mouth in the ultrasound!"
So the picture is straight onto Katelyn's face - the right side is the top of her head. The white line in the middle of her face is her nose bone. Her eyes are on both sides and you see her cheek above the nose bone. It looks like she is almost smiling in the picture. You also see a hand at the bottom of her chin.
