Mommy and Ian's Week

While Daddy & Katie were having fun in Florida, Mommy and Ian got to spend the week together.  Once he felt better, we got his first haircut and took lots of walks around town.  On our last night together, he was Mommy's very adorable little date for a dinner out!

Aunt Sarah & Uncle Bryce's Wedding

Daddy & Katie has a great time in Marathon Keys for Aunt Sarah and Uncle Bryce's wedding.  Mommy & Ian had to stay home because he got an ear infection the day before we were supposed to leave.

Ian now screams at us until we hold him up to stand. I let him hold onto a toy box this week and let go. He actually stood by himself for a few minutes. This is now his new favorite activity. He will be on the move very soon!

More Katieisms

- We took Katie and Ian out to dinner last weekend to Charlie Browns. Katie sat down at the table, looked at the menu and then said "this restaurant is fantastic."
- Katie would not take a nap last weekend. We put the gate up in front of her door to keep her in her room. Katie then yelled to us "Mommy, I need to get out. This room smells like boy."
- I took Katie and Ian to lunch at a Mexican restaurant yesterday. We called Aunt Lisa to tell her where we went to lunch. When I asked Katie where we went to lunch (with Aunt Lisa on the phone), she said "Mexico."
- Ian was babbling and playing with his toys yesterday. Katie said to Mommy and Daddy, "Ian cracks me up doing that."
- Daddy asked Katie what she thought about something yesterday. She responded with "it is super cool."
